One Hour is Not Enough

Our ancestors consistently moved their bodies daily; they hunted and gathered, ate seasonally, got sunlight, grounded themselves through nature, and didn't have access to food 24/7.

In holistic medicine, we view the body as a whole and look at much greater aspects of health besides diet and exercise. Here are some of the questions I ask my clients:

How is your sleep?

What does your blood work look like?

Do you have orgasms?

How many steps do you get in a day?

How is your digestive system?

Do you have any aches and pains?

Do you have supportive relationships?

What do you do to manage stress?

How much water do you consume?

Do you have a career you enjoy?

These questions scratch the surface and are the keys to your health. Before I start working with clients, I complete a full health screening to get a complete visual of their current state of health.

This is why I became an Integrative Health Coach; I get to the root cause with my clients, which is what practitioners need to know about their clients for them to achieve optimal and sustainable results.
