Self-Care
This  is what ME time looks like. I used to think that if I wasn’t spending  the majority of my day working, that I was being unproductive and  failing at life. After some time, I realized that I couldn’t be 100%  present for my clients if I was physically and mentally drained.
 ~
 It still can be challenging for myself to make ME time without any guilt. I am still working on it. Here are some of the things that I enjoying doing, just for ME:
 ~
 Walk my dogs.
 Meditate.
 Lift weights.
 Read books.
 Sit in a sauna or infrared sauna.
 Hike
 Spend time with family & friends.
 Enjoy myself a glass of wine.
 Spend time alone.
 Journal.
